Kaitlin, a recent graduate of Portland High School, chose the beautiful Fort Williams Park in Cape Elizabeth for her senior portraits. She had a clear vision—she wanted the ocean, blooming flowers, the iconic lighthouse, and everything else this stunning coastal park has to offer.
Before the shoot, Kaitlin had done some shopping at the mall and was excited to show off her latest finds. We met in the beachside parking lot and went through her outfit options together, deciding which looks would best complement the different backdrops throughout the park.
She brought her boyfriend and mom along for support, and they were such a fun part of the session. I always encourage parents to step in for a few photos with their seniors—these moments are just as special for them—and I’m so glad we captured that connection with Kaitlin and her mom.
It was a perfect mix of scenic beauty, personal style, and sweet family moments—everything a senior session should be.
